Compatibility
Which TVs are compatible with FrameVita frames?
FrameVita frames are exclusively designed for Samsung The Frame TV lineup. We currently support all sizes from 32" to 85".
Are your frames compatible with Samsung The Frame TVs?
Yes — FrameVita frames are precision-engineered specifically for Samsung The Frame TV. Every detail, from the mounting clips to the bezel depth, is calibrated for a perfect fit.
Do you offer frames for TCL NXTFrame, Hisense CanvasTV, and LG Gallery TVs?
At this time, our frames are exclusively designed for Samsung The Frame TV. We are actively exploring compatibility with other art-mode TVs and will announce new models as they become available.
Are your frames compatible with wall-mounted TVs only?
Our frames are designed primarily for wall-mounted installations, which provide the cleanest, most gallery-like result. Stand-mounted setups may be possible depending on your configuration — contact us for guidance.
Installation
Is installation difficult?
Not at all. Our frames attach using a magnetic clip system — no drilling, no adhesives, no tools required. Most customers complete installation in under 10 minutes.
Do I need any tools?
No tools are needed. The frame snaps into place using our proprietary magnetic mounting system, which is included with every order.
Can I remove the frame easily?
Yes. The magnetic system allows you to remove or reattach the frame at any time without leaving marks or residue on your TV.
Are your frames compatible with curved TVs?
No. FrameVita frames are designed for flat-panel TVs only and are not compatible with curved screens.

What materials are used?
Our frames are crafted from sustainably sourced solid wood, finished with hand-applied lacquers or natural oils. Each piece is inspected individually before shipment.
Are the frames made of real wood?
Yes. We use genuine solid wood — not MDF, veneer, or composite materials. The natural grain and texture of each frame are part of its character.
How much do the frames weigh?
Depending on the size and finish, frames typically weigh between 1.2 kg and 3.8 kg. The weight is distributed evenly and does not place additional stress on your TV's wall mount.
Will the frame block the TV sensors?
No. FrameVita frames are precisely cut to leave all Samsung The Frame TV sensors, cameras, and ports fully accessible and unobstructed.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How long does production and shipping take?
Each frame is handcrafted to order. Production takes 5–10 business days, followed by shipping. Total delivery time is typically 10–18 business days depending on your location.
How are the frames packaged?
Frames are packed in custom-designed protective packaging with foam inserts and kraft paper wrapping, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
What if my frame arrives damaged?
In the rare event of damage during transit, please photograph the packaging and frame upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused frames in original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please contact us before initiating a return.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After production has begun, changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.

What if my frame arrives damaged?
In the rare event of damage during transit, please photograph the packaging and frame upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Can I request a custom frame size or finish?
Yes. We welcome custom orders for unique sizes, finishes, or color specifications. Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a tailored quote within 3 business days.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will work with you to ensure complete satisfaction.
